Our companyprovides essential backend and technical support services for the trucking industry, including ELD(Electronic Logging Device) assistance for drivers across the United States.This is a full-time position operating 24/7, with employees working in rotational 8 to 9 hour shifts.Youll play a vital role in delivering high-quality customer service to truck drivers, dispatchers, andback-office teams.Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from truck drivers and other stakeholders related to ELD usage,technical issues, and general support. Provide accurate, prompt, and courteous assistance using internal tools and resources. Create and update support tickets in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently and escalate when needed. Perform other back-office support tasks as assigned by supervisors.
