Position: Customer Support Executive (Chat Process)

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively.
Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring a smooth interaction.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Adhere to company policies and quality standards.
Requirements:
Good written communication skills in English
Typing speed of 35 WPM with accuracy.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.
Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in chat support or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
