Core Responsibilities of a Civil Structural Site Engineer1. Project Supervision Oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site. Ensure work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and structural designs. Monitor progress to keep projects on schedule and within budget.2. Structural Integrity & Safety Verify that all structural components (beams, columns, slabs, foundations) meet design requirements. Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Identify and resolve structural risks before they escalate.3. Quality Assurance Check materials (cement, steel, aggregates) for quality and suitability. Approve work only after confirming adherence to standards. Maintain records of tests and inspections for compliance audits

Key Responsibilities:1. Assist senior engineers in designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects: As a Junior Engineer Civil, you will work closely with experienced engineers to contribute to the design and planning of various construction projects.2. Conduct site visits and inspections: You will be responsible for visiting construction sites, inspecting progress, and ensuring that work is being carried out according to specifications and safety standards.3. Prepare reports and documentation: Your role will involve preparing reports on project progress, documenting findings from site visits, and maintaining project records for future reference.4. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders: You will be expected to work collaboratively with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.5.
