Key Responsibilities:Indent Reconciliation:Verify indent quantities against actual material receipts and quantities used on site, ensuring accurate material tracking and usage. BOQ Reconciliation:Compare and reconcile BOQ costs with actual project expenses, identifying variances and discrepancies. Cost Reconciliation:Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of cost data. Financial Reporting & MIS:Assist in preparing financial statements and reports, ensuring accurate reflection of reconciled data & Preparation of MIS Statements periodically. Audit Support:Provide documentation and explanations to support internal and external audits.
