Job Summary:The Aerospace Engineer is responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of aircraft, spacecraft, missiles, and related systems and components. The role involves applying advanced engineering principles to improve performance, safety, and efficiency, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities: Design & DevelopmentDesign and develop aerospace systems, components, and structures (aircraft, satellites, propulsion systems, etc.).Use CAD and simulation tools (CATIA, SolidWorks, ANSYS, MATLAB, Simulink) to create and test design prototypes.Develop new materials, manufacturing methods, or structural designs to enhance performance.Optimize aerodynamic, thermal, and propulsion system performance. Analysis & TestingConduct aerodynamic and structural analyses using CFD and FEA software.Test prototypes for functionality, safety, reliability, and performance under various conditions.Evaluate data from wind tunnel tests, flight tests, and simulations.Troubleshoot and resolve design or performance issues.
