Job Overview:We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Executive to manage inventory, materials, and supplies at our construction sites and warehouses. The candidate will ensure proper stock management, timely availability of materials, and accurate record-keeping to support smooth project execution.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and manage inventory of construction materials, tools, and equipmentReceive, inspect, and record incoming materials and suppliesIssue materials to site teams as per requirements and maintain proper documentationMonitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishmentKeep accurate records of stock movement (inward/outward)Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepanciesEnsure proper storage and handling of materials to avoid damage or lossPrepare reports on inventory status, usage, and shortagesFollow safety and quality standards in storage operationsRequirements:Bachelors degree or diploma in any field (preferred in logistics or supply chain)1-3 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in construction or related industryKnowledge of inventory management practicesBasic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software)Strong organizational and record-keeping skillsAttention to detail and accountability

Job Summary:The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations of the office. This role includes managing files, handling correspondence, assisting departments, and performing routine office tasks efficiently and accurately.
