Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Executive to manage inventory, materials, and supplies at our construction sites and warehouses. The candidate will ensure proper stock management, timely availability of materials, and accurate record-keeping to support smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage inventory of construction materials, tools, and equipment
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
Issue materials to site teams as per requirements and maintain proper documentation
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment
Keep accurate records of stock movement (inward/outward)
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to avoid damage or loss
Prepare reports on inventory status, usage, and shortages
Follow safety and quality standards in storage operations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field (preferred in logistics or supply chain)
1-3 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in construction or related industry
Knowledge of inventory management practices
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software)
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Attention to detail and accountability
