Identify the Top financial /General Insurance/Health Insurance distributors in the assigned territory from the competition Understand the Top Advisor/ Business Associate value proposition, onboarding process and regulations related to the same Hiring and Onboarding of Top Advisors and Business Associates post conducting Career seminars and Presentation and meet the defined Recruitment plan Drive sales from the team of Top Advisors / Business Associates and Financial distributors to meet the defined sales plans.
