- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for all product categories: sanitary pads, diapers, cosmetics, and hygiene products.- Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory.- Appoint and manage distributors and stockists to ensure effective market coverage.- Monitor distributor performance (stock levels, orders, claims, etc.).- Ensure timely billing and stock replenishment.- Expand retail coverage by identifying and onboarding new outlets.- Ensure proper product visibility and placement at key retail points.- Execute in-store branding and point-of-sale activities.
