Job Description

- achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for all product categories: sanitary pads, diapers, cosmetics, and hygiene products.

- drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory.

- appoint and manage distributors and stockists to ensure effective market coverage.

- monitor distributor performance (stock levels, orders, claims, etc.).

- ensure timely billing and stock replenishment.

- expand retail coverage by identifying and onboarding new outlets.

- ensure proper product visibility and placement at key retail points.

- execute in-store branding and point-of-sale activities. supervise sales promoters and field sales executives (if applicable).

- train and motivate the field team to improve performance and market penetration.

- identify new market opportunities and consumer trends.

- plan and execute promotional activities and local marketing initiatives.

- conduct product demos and awareness campaigns, especially for sanitary and hygiene products.

- build strong relationships with retailers, chemists, supermarkets, and other stakeholders.

- address customer concerns, feedback, and ensure high service satisfaction.

- submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and market intelligence data.

- track competitor activities and pricing strategies in the territory.

- monitor distributor inventory levels and ensure minimal stock-outs or overstocking.

- facilitate claim settlements (damaged goods, schemes, etc.) on time.
