Stocking supplies: Replenishing guest room amenities like toiletries, beverages, snacks, and other supplies as needed. Reporting maintenance issues: Identifying and reporting any damage or malfunctioning items in the room to maintenance staff. Guest interaction: Greeting guests, answering questions about the hotel and its amenities, and addressing any concerns they may have. Maintaining cleanliness of common areas: Cleaning hallways, stairwells, and other public spaces as assigned. Following cleaning procedures: Adhering to established cleaning standards and safety protocols.
