Job Summary:The HR Manager is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and policy compliance. This role ensures the organization adheres to labor laws and fosters a positive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and hiring processes.Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and address concerns.Administer payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations.Develop and enforce company policies and ensure legal compliance.Identify training needs and promote employee development.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in HR or related field (Masters preferred).Proven HR management experience.Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Practical Knowledge in Payroll Processing.Knowledge in Statutory and Legal Compliance (EPF, ESIC), Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment & Selection, T&D, PMS, HRBP, Excel & HR Analytics.Note: HR Generalist/Analytics Practical Knowledge Required.
