Duties of the Client Relationship Manager Building and maintaining relationships with clients Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services. Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients. Letting customers know about other products the company offers. Attending meetings with clients to build relationships. Achieving client relationship targets as set by the Head of Sales. Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients. Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews. Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues. Updating the CRM Designing campaigns to boost sales at different times. Liaising with Training department to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively. Daily CIF-Customer Information Form, checking. Reference Data needs to be maintained. Quality of Calling should be appropriate. Should be responsible for Basis hygiene in premises. Hardworking with a strong work ethic. Greeting Members with Smile & should be in proper Dress CODE. Generating Leads from existing clients.
