We are a reputed Dermatology and Skin clinic, based in Banashankari, Bangalore and looking out for a Front Office Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant. (Females only) Exp : 0-1 Yrs (Freshers with Smart & positive attitude also welcome) What youll do : 1. Opening and closing the clinic / facility as per requirement and directions by the doctors.2. Attend all the phone calls and respond as per need 3. Scheduling of appointments / first time or repeat. 4. Maintaining patient records / history etc. 5. Dispensing the medicines as per prescription / doctors advise 6. Co-ordinate with the housekeeping staff for the cleanliness of the clinic / facility. 7. Take care of the general infrastructure & maintenance of the clinic on a day to day basis. What you are : 1. Graduate in any stream 2. You are a smart, confident person with a good attitude.3. Excellent command over both Written / Verbal English. 4. Should be fluent in the local language Kannada also. 5. Knowledge of extra languages to speak apart from Kannada, is a bonus. 6. Should be proficient in working with MS office products (word & excel )7. Should have lots of Patience to deal with lots of people who call /come in for enquiries etc. Important : 1. Candidates residing within a radius of 2-3 kms from KR Road, Banashankari area only preferred. 2. Female candidates only preferred please.
