Engineers with experience in Quantity Surveying, Estimation, Budgets, Billing, Cost Management & Cost Control in the above fields need apply. Preparation of Cost Report for the project. Preparation of MIS Report for the project. Preparation of Bill of Quantity & estimates. Tender Negotiation with renderers & preparation of comparative statement for tendering. Certification of Material reconciliation statement of major building material used at project. Identification extra items / variation beyond the tender and certification of rate analysis for the same items submitted by the contractors. Maintaining important documents, records and drawings in a organized and accurate manner. Quantity Survey, BOQ and Tender Preparation, Rate Analysis, Cost Control, Cost Monitoring, Bill Checking and Reconciliation for Civil and Structural and MEP works. Re - measurement of the quantity from drawings as per Indian Standard Codes. Identification extra items / variation beyond the tender and certification of rate analysis for the same items submitted by the contractors
