Urgently requiredExpertise in tender platforms (GeM, Mahatransco, Maha Tender).Strong experience in vendor management and procurement.Background in manpower outsourcing and the service industry.Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.Oversee the complete tender process, including documentation, bid submission, and contract negotiation, specifically for manpower outsourcing services.Utilize platforms like GeM (Government e-Marketplace), Mahatransco, Maha Tender, and others for procurement activities.Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers and service providers to secure the best terms.Ensure compliance with tender requirements, maintain accurate records, and track project progress to completion.Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with departments to address procurement needs effectively.Prepare and maintain detailed procurement and tender documentation to support internal audits and reporting.Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliable service and support.Required Skills:In-depth knowledge of tendering processes in the service industry, especially for manpower outsourcing.Proficiency in using tender platforms such as GeM, Mahatransco, Maha Tender, and similar portals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.Ability to work with procurement tools/software efficiently.

Assist in the preparation of tenders and standardized tender templates and paperwork. Only prepares tender methodology, cash flows, and programs when a technical expert is unavailable. Oversee the compilation and, when necessary, the drafting of high-quality proposals, bids, and tender answers to ensure that tenders and bids are handled professionally, quickly, and compliantly. Maintains a list of eligible vendors, particularly for upcoming bids. Compilation of varied input to create a more competitive bid document Monitoring deadlines Checking on evaluation and contract negotiation Ongoing communication with the User Department regarding Tender criteria and status. Communicate with vendors as needed during the tender process, such as non-disclosure agreements, confirmation of interest, etc. Assemble and maintain internal Procurement documents about the tendering process, including tracking management approval for tendering and contracting actions. Maintains tender files and arranges for archiving following the completion of the tender. Prepares status reports and projected timelines for tenders regularly, as needed. Coordinates and communicates with Financial Services. In light of the companys evolving and changing demands and prospects during this early stage. Create a BOQ in the estimating package by following through on successful acquisitions. To manage and marshal the efforts of all relevant departments relating to tendering/bidding activities and contract review

Role & responsibilities Review construction drawings, specifications, and relevant contract documents.Perform quantity take-offs for construction subtrades such as concrete, masonry, flooring, drywall, painting, and site work.Utilize estimating software to calculate areas, lengths, and volumes of different building components as needed.Apply labour / material rates to quantity take-offs given by estimating manager to calculate final project costs.Liaise with general contractors / project owner to get clarifications. Perform other duties as assigned by the construction estimating manager.Preferred candidate profile Must have experience with reading construction drawings and specifications.Must have good knowledge of computer and must be enthusiastic about learning new software and skills.Ability to work independently and with a team.1-2 years of previous experience estimating and construction software is required.Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrate excellent technical skills in construction and construction materials.Must be highly organized, multi-tasker, and attentive to details.Must have a personal laptop / desktop and a mobile device with steady internet.Perks and benefits Full-Time / Part-Time 5 days a week.Letter of recommendation / certificate.Professional experience working on North American construction projects.

Key responsibilities to coordinate between clients in line with Project requirement. Preparation of the pre-bid technical queries, Techno commercial offers. Work Out enquiry according to that decided Input & Output list Reading P & ID & decide Input & Outputs. Selection of PLC like Allen Bradley, Schneider etc. Preparation of BOM & Techno commercial Offers. Estimation & detailed costing of PLC, Control Panel, SCADA, HMI, Etc. Panel designing Preparation of General Arrangement diagram in Autocad. Preparation of SLD diagram in Autocad. Generation Of FAT documents. Preparation of Invoice Maintain all documents after start up project Project scheduling, project management Vendor Development & vendor discussions, enquiry generations to vendor. Negotiation & finalize Purchase order of clients & vendors. Manage all the materials as per requirements of projects. Backend support to Marketing team. Coordination with marketing team, manufacturing & commissioning team.
