The Tendering Executive is responsible for managing the complete tendering process-from identifying opportunities to submission and follow-ups. The role requires strong technical understanding, commercial awareness, and coordination skills to prepare competitive and compliant bids across various types of tenders (government, private, GeM, MahaTenders, EPC, etc.).1. Tender Identification & EvaluationTrack and identify relevant tenders from portals (e.g., GeM, e-procurement portals(MahaTenders), private tenders)Analyze tender documents (technical, commercial, legal)Assess eligibility criteria2. Bid Preparation & SubmissionPrepare complete tender documentation (technical + commercial)Coordinate with teams for inputsEnsure accuracy in BOQ, costing, and technical specificationsSubmit bids within deadlines (online/offline modes)3. Estimation of interior fit-out projects. Preparation of bills of quantities. Adjudication of contractors claims (measurement). Estimating and cost control. Managing full tender process. Interpreting specifications, price tenders, and preparation of contract documents. Interpreting and checking drawings, tender documents, quantities and estimates. Supervising surveys and interpreting third party survey. Verifying sub-contractors claims and verification of Quantity Surveyors calculations progress of work at site and material on-site / off-site.
