Knowledge of fabrication as per ASME Standards. Should have knowledge of documentation, TPI Inspection, Process planning. Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily activities of the quality control/quality assurance team.Implement and maintain quality standards, inspection procedures, and documentation.Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.Conduct root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformities.Ensure raw materials, in-process, and finished goods meet quality specifications.Train and guide staff on quality tools (5S, Six Sigma, GMP, ISO, etc.).Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams for quality improvements.Prepare quality reports, audit findings, and documentation for internal and external audits.Participate in supplier audits, customer complaints resolution, and quality improvement projects.Required Qualifications:Bachelors degree or diploma in Science, Engineering, or related field (B.Sc., B.Tech, etc.)

Direct audit activities commensurate to production schedules.Establish priorities and ensure maximum usage of assigned resources.Develop monthly reports showing inspection and audit performance and improvement opportunities.Evaluate and recommend alternative auditing procedures for continuous improvement.Support production leads and operators for interpretation and methods following set standards.Maintain working production components knowledge and associate next tier application.Conduct meetings regularly with inspection and audit team to help consistency in teamwork.Involve in team driven actions to help improvements.
