Quality Inspector

We are looking for a Quality Inspector to join our team in Nashik. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. This full-time position involves working in the office to ensure our products meet quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Inspect Products:** Assess products during and after manufacturing to identify any defects or non-compliance with specifications.

- **Conduct Tests:** Perform necessary tests on materials and products to ensure they meet safety and quality regulations.

- **Document Findings:** Keep detailed records of inspections and tests, noting any discrepancies and corrective measures taken.

- **Collaborate with Team:** Work closely with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement improvements.

- **Develop Quality Standards:** Assist in creating and updating quality control procedures to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills to identify issues accurately. Good communication skills are essential to collaborate effectively with team members and report findings clearly. Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques is important for this role. Additionally, the candidate should be proactive in suggesting improvements and be committed to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production process. Basic computer skills are necessary for documentation and report generation.
