Conduct call audits and suggest corrective measures to meet client SLAs. Adept in Quality Tools. Experience in Outbound banking process will be preferred

1) Monitor, evaluate and score inbound calls against established quality assurance instruments and standards.2) Ensuring proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines, and procedures3) Conduct Root cause analysis and build corrective and preventive actions within the process and individual performance.4) Prepare and present performance analysis, QA reports, and/or other information on quality performance.

Highlighting problem areas in the process Identifying fatal errors and non fatal errors & take corrective/ preventive action.Giving feedback and improving their performance Responsible for quality targets and meeting deadlines.

Looking for QA profile in MumbaiMinimum 2 years in testing profile. Manual , automation Software Testing of web , Mobile , desktop Automation experience at Unit, API and UI level with open source tool Like selenium Driver.Load testing J Meter or any other Tool.Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.Strong knowledge of Writing test scenarios, test cases and execution.
