Study tender documents and prepare a list of scope, specifications and queries with reference to their tender clauses and page numbers as per the required format (in SOP). Identify reference standards specified in the tender. Prepare the Technical bid document. Identify the critical / complicated items/units and identify the same in scope sheet. Identify any design risks involved and prepare the risk register. Review the complete design with the E&T & the discipline heads.

Identify opportunities for new products or services and developing proposals to present to management.Work with sales, marketing, and engineering staff to determine the feasibility of proposed products or services.Develop cost estimates for new products or services.Write proposals in response to Request for Proposals (RFPs) from potential customers.Coordinate proposal team efforts and manage proposal timelines.Develop relationships with potential customers.Understand customer needs and requirements.Conduct market research to identify industry trends.Prepare presentations to pitch proposed products or services to customers

(a) Searching and identifying relevant tenders and arranging documents as per Tender Requirements.(b) Uploading/ Submitting the Documents (General/ Technical/ Commercial) in the ONLINE Platform.(c) Obtaining Labour license such as ISMW, CLRA & BOCW for Projects in Online portal and checking regularly for expiry of Licenses.(d) Preparing draft BG, draft agreements and documents for projects, authorization letters and organization chart of various sites.(e) Sending enquiry to vendors, finalizing quotes with management and Preparing Purchase Order, Maintaining list of Supplier & Identify New Supplier.

Responsible for providing complete quantity take off, analysis, estimate cost, for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope. Responsible for preparing and submission of proposals.

The candidate should have basic knowledge of Field Instruments, PLC, SCADA and Gas Detectors. The candidates will be responsible for preparing quotations / offers and they will be responsible till the offer gets converted to orders.
