Proposal Engineer

• Study tender documents and prepare a list of scope, specifications and queries with reference to their tender clauses and page numbers as per the required format (in SOP).

• Identify reference standards specified in the tender.

• Prepare the Technical bid document.

• Identify the critical / complicated items/units and identify the same in scope sheet.

• Identify any design risks involved and prepare the risk register.

• Review the complete design with the E&T & the discipline heads.
