Production Scheduling & StrategyMaster Production Schedule (MPS): Develop and maintain the MPS based on sales forecasts and historical data to ensure 100% on-time delivery.Capacity Planning: Analyze machine and labor capacity to identify bottlenecks and implement Load Leveling (Heijunka) strategies.Material Requirements Planning (MRP): Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure raw materials are available just-in-time (JIT) to prevent production halts.2.
