Ensure production targets, cycle time, and quality standards are met. Monitor machine parameters, mould condition, and material usage. Coordinate with toolroom, quality, and maintenance teams. Handle manpower allocation, shift planning, and discipline. Reduce rejection, breakdowns, and downtime. Ensure safety, housekeeping (5S), and SOP compliance.
