Opening For Production Manager

Department: Production – Moulding

Reporting To: Production Manager / Operations Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise moulding operations during assigned shift (day/night).

• Ensure production targets, cycle time, and quality standards are met.

• Monitor machine parameters, mould condition, and material usage.

• Coordinate with toolroom, quality, and maintenance teams.

• Handle manpower allocation, shift planning, and discipline.

• Reduce rejection, breakdowns, and downtime.

• Ensure safety, housekeeping (5S), and SOP compliance.

• Maintain daily production, rejection, and downtime reports.

Skills & Qualification:

• Diploma / ITI / Engineering preferred.

• 3–6 years experience in plastic injection moulding.

• Knowledge of moulding machines, raw materials, and troubleshooting.

• Willing to work in rotational shifts.
