Production Head (10-15 Years)

We are seeking a Production Head to oversee our manufacturing processes in Sonipat, India. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of experience, demonstrate strong leadership qualities, and have a proven track record in production management.

Candidate experience should be in home appliances line like water heater, room heater induction, fans, kettle Etc.

Job Location will be Farmana, Gohana kharkhoda road, Sonipat.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Oversight: Manage the overall production process, ensuring that manufacturing targets are met efficiently and on time. This involves planning, organizing, and coordinating production schedules.

2. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture. Regularly conduct training sessions to enhance team skills.

3. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that products meet industry standards and customer expectations. Address any quality issues promptly.

4. Process Improvement: Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement. Drive initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.

5. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on production performance to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for concern.
