The Candidate must possess strong working knowledge of the Epoxidation Chemical Process.We want to hire Production In-Charge for carrying our Epoxidation of Vegetable Oils and Methyl Esters at our existing plant. Current production capacity of Methyl Esters is 100 MT / Day. We want to do value addition by carrying out epoxidation of the Methyl Esters at our plant. All knowledge pertaining to this subject must be possessed by the applicant. Our Methyl Esters Plant is already in working condition. Technical suggestions to improve yield, output, quality & control are expected from the candidate. Ideally he must have Min. 10 years of working experience in the Industry. We want to produce Bio-Plasticizers. For this; the knowledge of Epoxidation of Methyl Esters & Vegetable Oils is essential. Candidate will report directly to the Company Management.He will have 10 Plant Operators & Supervisors working under him. Salary will be based on experience, knowledge, & good communication skills.

He/she should be able to do Production planning and look after product Quality.

Hiring for 01 Production cum Assistant Factory manager Job in Raigad, with minimum 10 Years Experience, Required Educational Qualification is : B.Sc with Good knowledge in Candidates with BscMsc chemistry, Candidates with Bsc/Msc chemistry etc.Production of liquid external and look after day to day factory operations.

Responsibilities: Lead and manage Machine Shop operations. Plan and execute production schedules efficiently. Expertise in CNC, VMC, and HMC programming. Strong knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures, and auto gauging. Proven track record in new product development. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Having knowledge of the Machining Process in CNC/VMC, HMC & part setup. Knowledge of Machine Shop Machining Drawing reading/understanding. Ability to promote team working culture and demonstrate team ethics; Overall management of the machine shop Assessing potential using CAD, simulation, and offline calculation to cost new parts and responding to sales team members with estimated production cycle times. Programming of CNC machines for new parts using a graphical interface. Overseeing trials of new parts and documenting processing parameters. Working with the Quality Manager to establish quality control and packing plans for new parts. Lead a team of supervisors and operators including allocating daily/weekly tasks to the team. Assisting operators with set up of jobs on machines, but ultimately training and mentoring operators to be self-sufficient with support from the training manager. Providing technical input on matters such as tooling selection, processing parameters, work holding, processing sequence, finishing and packing. Carrying out staff appraisals, supervisions and return to work meetings. Ensuring that the team remain in date with mandatory training. Carrying out spot checks to ensure quality levels. Ensuring acceptable levels of Overall Equipment Effectiveness are achieved. Organizing Preventative maintenance and cleaning of machines according to manufacturers guidelines .Full knowledge of machine shop CNC & VMC & HMC ..
