Drive continuous process improvements for productivity and efficiency.2. Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure adherence to quality standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO guidelines. Liaise with QA/QC teams to maintain product quality and compliance. Oversee audits by regulatory authorities (CIB&RC, Pollution Control Board, Factories Act, etc.).3.
