role overview:
we are looking for a product expert to join our team. this is a leadership role where you will act as a bridge between our academic team and support teams to ensure students have a smooth and enriching learning experience. you will take ownership of managing students, guiding teams, and ensuring all academic and course-related processes run efficiently.
roles and responsibilities:
- take complete ownership of a group of students and ensure they receive a seamless learning experience.
- act as the primary point of contact for students regarding academic concerns, course issues, or difficulties with the learning management system (lms).
- identify and resolve academic challenges, including gaps in teaching, course content issues, or technical difficulties.
- work closely with both the academic team and the support team to streamline processes and provide timely solutions.
- lead and coordinate with internal teams to ensure all tasks related to students learning and experience are completed efficiently.
- monitor student progress, engagement, and feedback to ensure high-quality education delivery.
- support and guide the teams while also contributing individually to problem-solving and process improvements.
- ensure smooth communication and follow-ups between teams and students.
qualifications & skills:
- strong leadership and team management abilities.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- ability to manage multiple students and tasks simultaneously.
- prior experience in education management, student engagement, or academic coordination is preferred but not mandatory.
