PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the management of samples including ordering, receiving, organizing, distributing and trackingAct as a liaison between vendors and cross-functional partners on the status of samples for each business groupOrder samples through vendors in partnership with the Sourcing, Merchandising, and Design teamsManage internal tracking system for real time status of samples, from order to delivery across Departments and through final archivingField and manage requests for samples from business partners; management of check in/check out process according to established guidelinesMonthly inventory and organization of sample closets, including archiving dated samples and processing samples for in-house sample sale
