Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead and manage the entire manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will oversee production, operations, quality, and team management to ensure smooth and efficient plant performance.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and safety. Ensure timely achievement of production targets while maintaining high quality standards. Develop and implement process improvements, operational strategies, and cost optimization measures. Supervise and mentor department heads and plant staff to ensure efficient performance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and management for smooth operations. Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and provide insights for strategic decisions.Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and plant operations.
