Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead and manage the entire manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will oversee production, operations, quality, and team management to ensure smooth and efficient plant performance.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and safety. Ensure timely achievement of production targets while maintaining high quality standards. Develop and implement process improvements, operational strategies, and cost optimization measures. Supervise and mentor department heads and plant staff to ensure efficient performance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and management for smooth operations. Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and provide insights for strategic decisions.Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and plant operations. Proven leadership and team management experience. Ability to manage large teams and multiple departments. Experience in production planning, cost control, and process optimization. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on approach and ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives

* Processing payroll: Calculate and process payroll for the company, including wages, overtime, and deductions.* Handling employee inquiries: Answer questions from employees about their pay, deductions, attendance, and time records.* Collaborate with other teams, including HR, to ensure payroll is processed on time.* Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.* Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, employee benefits, and rewards and recognition programs.* Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.* Maintain HR records and documentation accurately and confidentially.* Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.* Verifying Monthly Expenses off all employee's.* And also add manage all plant related admin activities* Housekeeping Management * Canteen Management * Health & Safety.
