Maintenance Management, Plant Maintenance, Production Planning, Production management,Utility management. Offset Printing, Spares parts planning (Spare parts Planning & Inventory Control). Presentation of Weekly and monthly Machine Breakdown and spare parts consumption reports. Maintain proper inventory level of spares and consumables required. Raise material requisition,follow up with Purchasing department and supplier, inspect purchased goods and develop newvendors. Lead and participate in engineering activities that improve the reliability of companyassets, optimize Maintenance costs. Execute energy conservation initiative taken up byManagement. Plan, Execute and monitor static & dynamic preventive maintenance of equipments havingfocus on predictive maintenance schedules of engineering installations to increase machine uptime and equipment reliability. Troubleshoot, defect diagnose equipment's abnormalities and breakdowns. Exposure to high end utilities such as DG Sets, Chillers Plants, Lifts & Escalators, Plumbing, Fire &Alarm Systems, CCTV Systems etc. Experience in mechanical & electrical preferred.
