Maintenance Manager (Male)

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of experience in a similar role and hold a professional degree or advanced diploma in engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Maintenance Team: Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure all work is completed efficiently and safely.

- Develop Maintenance Plans: Create and implement maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and extend lifespan.

- Conduct Inspections: Regularly inspect facilities to identify potential issues and ensure all equipment operates smoothly.

- Budget Management: Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring costs are controlled and all expenditures are justified.

- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with local safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.

- Training and Development: Train maintenance staff on best practices and new techniques to enhance their skills and efficiency.

- Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with production and operations teams to coordinate maintenance work schedules and ensure minimal disruption.
