Factory Manager - Full Time

We are seeking a Factory Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to oversee daily operations in our manufacturing facility located in Sector 46. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Production Operations: Manage the overall manufacturing process to ensure products are produced efficiently and meet quality standards.

- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.

- Ensure Safety Compliance: Implement and monitor safety protocols in the factory to create a safe working environment for all employees.

- Monitor Production Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess productivity and identify areas for improvement in operations.

- Coordinate Maintenance Activities: Work closely with maintenance teams to schedule and execute machine repairs and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

- Manage Inventory Levels: Oversee inventory management to ensure that raw materials and finished products are available as needed without overstocking.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The candidate should have strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coordinate a large team effectively. An in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methods is essential. The ideal candidate must possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to make quick decisions.
