Position Summary:Project Fellows/Associates will be responsible for implementing projects, tracking metrics,collecting feedback from teachers and students, and supporting the overall functioning ofOperations. She/he will report to a Program Manager in the Operation Team.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage on-field implementation of programs in the schools, working in closecoordination with Govt School teachers and Avantis Program Managers. Set up feedback mechanisms with officials and stakeholders and consistently collectfeedback to gauge success and suggest improvements. Capture success stories and learning from operations of the program Assessment implementation in assigned districts.
