Key Duties & Responsibilities: Preparation of AWB Execution(Master Air Way Bill and House Air Way Bill / both) Draft AWB (Master Air Way Bill and House Air Way Bill) to be prepared and sent to customer (no sign required, only pdf) Ensure to check the cargo weight & dimensions, and do amendment if any. After confirmation and authentication of DRAFT copy by customer/shipper, Prepare: AWB, Certificate of Origin, Cargo Manifest, Hazardous Material, Perishable, and any other documents required by the customer. Ensure no further amendments are made after confirmation of draft AWB by the customer. Make sure all data is fed rightly in the Airline portal; Online updating (E-AWB) Preparing Air way Bill stickers/ labels & declarations Carting order is done as per the requirement and add terminal charges if any.
