1* Managing a mutual fund team of 5 members (SIP team, 3 RMs & 2 Telecallers). *Generating revenue through MF SIP & Lump sum. * New client acquisition. * Retaining existing client by providing proper market updates and portfolio management services. * Cross selling. 2 * Organizing IAP (Investor Awareness Program) to our priority client. * Preparing individual and team MIS, and reporting to Sales Head. *Prepare & submit a report on the activities during each month. *Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in wealth management, including at least 5 years of leadership experience.*Excellent leadership and communication skills.*Having knowledge of Excel is essential for this position.*Proven track record of achieving targets and growing revenue.*Strong knowledge of financial planning and investment strategies.*Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals.*Good command of oral and written English and the ability to converse freely and build rapport.*Experience in Sales process end to end is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities*Handling Mutual Funds division and end to end operations of it.*MF corporate action process like dividend payout /dividend reinvestment issue to clients by coordinating with RTA/AMC.*Effective handling & monitoring day to day Operations viz transaction processing, effective allotment / pay outs, monitoring Controls, KYC, Audits etc.*Coordination with RTA.*Smooth Branch coordination - to ensure minimal complaints and quick resolution.*Handling various day to day transaction activities.*Monitoring activities and handling evaluation of Agents performance.*Processing of Applications for new entities by uploading in DBMS software.*Ensuring Agents are compliant with Regulatory framework.*Support to sub agents regarding transactions, software installation, reimbursements and reconciliation.*Administrative support for all data entry on daily basis with MS Excel.

.Providing Financial planning & Investment Advice to investors Candidate with experience in selling financial products. Understanding the clients needs and be able to advise effectively on portfolio decisions and suitable investment ideas. Candidate from Private banking institutions & Asset management companies are preferred. Good exposure in Inside Sales. Interested to Work in target-oriented environment.Skills Good verbal and written communication skills. NISM Certification preferred. The ability to prioritize work and to work well under pressure. Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information. Good communication in Hindi will be an added advantage.
