* Managing a mutual fund team of 5 members (SIP team, 3 RMs & 2 Telecallers).
*Generating revenue through MF SIP & Lump sum.
* New client acquisition.
* Retaining existing client by providing proper market updates and portfolio management
services.
* Cross selling.

* Organizing IAP (Investor Awareness Program) to our priority client.
* Preparing individual and team MIS, and reporting to Sales Head.
*Prepare & submit a report on the activities during each month.
*Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in wealth management, including at least 5 years of leadership
experience.
*Excellent leadership and communication skills.
*Having knowledge of Excel is essential for this position.
*Proven track record of achieving targets and growing revenue.
*Strong knowledge of financial planning and investment strategies.
*Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals.
*Good command of oral and written English and the ability to converse freely and build rapport.
*Experience in Sales process – end to end is a plus
