Job responsibilities: Customer BillingTDS, GST, Balance sheet preparationMaintaining MIS ReportPreliminary Software entries

Should have Good communication skill Should have excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint , Word etc) Analyse daily tickets and share reports on daily basis Follow ups with respective domain team for pending tickets Daily Tickets review and mention reason of breached tickets Prepare Weekly and Monthly MIS report and submit Daily tracker with updates on open points highlighted by customer Ensure that all required reports to be published on daily basis Coordination with respective domain team members and customer.
