About the role:The MIS Executive will gather, analyze and sort a variety of data and convert them into reports that helpdrive productivity individually and within teams.Responsibilities and Skills: Develop and maintain broad knowledge of companies business and technology requirementsand needs. Developing Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports to Management and Team members. Identify Benchmarks and KPIs within Teams. Preparing Visualizations, Graphs and Analytical reports. Study and understand the companys Business Processes, Employees and the Business Goals toStrategize and Realign focus in order to drive organizational success. Create and Maintain reports and metrics to monitor Performance that will support ongoingprogress for Employee Development. Recommend and implement new technology solutions to improve productivity. Exposure working with MS Excel, Visualization & Report Generation Tools, etc.

Job descriptionHandling database management by using Advanced Excel tools & MS Access.Should have good knowledge in MS Excel VLookup, HLookup, Nested if, Count if, Sum if, Index & Match, Pivot Table, Mail Merge, Chart preparation.Coordinate, and follow up with internal team to preparation of MIS reports.Preparing productivity report with Innovative thinking.knowledge in Preparing MIS Reports, Data Analytics, Business Strategy & Operations.Maintaining of StocksDesired Profile:Minimum 6months to 1yrs years experience in MIS profile.Good verbal and written communication skills.Should have hands on experience with MS Office, MS Outlook, Advanced Excel.Good analytical skills for MIS, number crunching, and logical reasoning.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per monthSpeak with the employer
