Essential Skills: Design and implement CPQ (Configure Price Quote)/Pricing solutions to meetproject objectives, business process and requirements. Manage support and maintenance of customers CPQ solution. Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and objectives. Conduct Solution reviews with project teams prior to design and development activities andensure solution is scalable, aligned with internal product roadmaps and meets customers businessrequirements. Conduct discovery sessions with prospects and customers.Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and maintain data from various departments to create accurate MIS reports. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for management review. Develop and streamline reporting formats to improve efficiency and accuracy. Monitor business performance indicators and highlight variances. Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis. Coordinate with different teams (Sales, Service, Accounts, HR, etc.) for data consolidation. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality at all times. Assist in process automation and implementation of reporting tools. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.). Knowledge of database management and reporting tools. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability. Excellent communication and presentation skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.Qualifications & Experience Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. 2 - 4 years of experience in MIS/Reporting/Data Analysis (preferably in automobile/retail industry). Exposure to ERP systems will be an added advantage.
