MIS Executive

essential skills: - design and implement cpq (configure price quote)/pricing solutions to meet

project objectives, business process and requirements.

- manage support and maintenance of customer-s cpq solution.

- collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and objectives.

- conduct solution reviews with project teams prior to design and development activities and

ensure solution is scalable, aligned with internal product roadmaps and meets customers- business

requirements.

- conduct discovery sessions with prospects and customers.

key responsibilities

- collect, analyze, and maintain data from various departments to create accurate mis reports.

- prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for management review.

- develop and streamline reporting formats to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- monitor business performance indicators and highlight variances.

- provide insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

- coordinate with different teams (sales, service, accounts, hr, etc.) for data consolidation.

- ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality at all times.

- assist in process automation and implementation of reporting tools.

- strong proficiency in ms excel (vlookup, pivot tables, macros, etc.).

- knowledge of database management and reporting tools.

- analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.

- excellent communication and presentation skills.

- high attention to detail and accuracy.

- ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

qualifications & experience

- graduate in commerce, statistics, computer science, or related field.

- 2 - 4 years of experience in mis/reporting/data analysis (preferably in automobile/retail industry).

- exposure to erp systems will be an added advantage.
