MIS Executive

Essential Skills: - Design and implement CPQ (Configure Price Quote)/Pricing solutions to meet

project objectives, business process and requirements.

- Manage support and maintenance of customer-s CPQ solution.

- Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and objectives.

- Conduct Solution reviews with project teams prior to design and development activities and

ensure solution is scalable, aligned with internal product roadmaps and meets customers- business

requirements.

- Conduct discovery sessions with prospects and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, analyze, and maintain data from various departments to create accurate MIS reports.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for management review.

- Develop and streamline reporting formats to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- Monitor business performance indicators and highlight variances.

- Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

- Coordinate with different teams (Sales, Service, Accounts, HR, etc.) for data consolidation.

- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality at all times.

- Assist in process automation and implementation of reporting tools.

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).

- Knowledge of database management and reporting tools.

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

- 2 - 4 years of experience in MIS/Reporting/Data Analysis (preferably in automobile/retail industry).

- Exposure to ERP systems will be an added advantage.
