MIS Executive

Essential Skills: �� Design and implement CPQ (Configure Price Quote)/Pricing solutions to meet

project objectives, business process and requirements.

�� Manage support and maintenance of customer��s CPQ solution.

�� Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and objectives.

�� Conduct Solution reviews with project teams prior to design and development activities and

ensure solution is scalable, aligned with internal product roadmaps and meets customers�� business

requirements.

�� Conduct discovery sessions with prospects and customers.

Key Responsibilities

�� Collect, analyze, and maintain data from various departments to create accurate MIS reports.

�� Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for management review.

�� Develop and streamline reporting formats to improve efficiency and accuracy.

�� Monitor business performance indicators and highlight variances.

�� Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

�� Coordinate with different teams (Sales, Service, Accounts, HR, etc.) for data consolidation.

�� Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality at all times.

�� Assist in process automation and implementation of reporting tools.

�� Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).

�� Knowledge of database management and reporting tools.

�� Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.

�� Excellent communication and presentation skills.

�� High attention to detail and accuracy.

�� Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

�� Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

�� 2 - 4 years of experience in MIS/Reporting/Data Analysis (preferably in automobile/retail industry).

�� Exposure to ERP systems will be an added advantage.
