essential skills: �� design and implement cpq (configure price quote)/pricing solutions to meet

project objectives, business process and requirements.

�� manage support and maintenance of customer��s cpq solution.

�� collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and objectives.

�� conduct solution reviews with project teams prior to design and development activities and

ensure solution is scalable, aligned with internal product roadmaps and meets customers�� business

requirements.

�� conduct discovery sessions with prospects and customers.

key responsibilities

�� collect, analyze, and maintain data from various departments to create accurate mis reports.

�� prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for management review.

�� develop and streamline reporting formats to improve efficiency and accuracy.

�� monitor business performance indicators and highlight variances.

�� provide insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

�� coordinate with different teams (sales, service, accounts, hr, etc.) for data consolidation.

�� ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality at all times.

�� assist in process automation and implementation of reporting tools.

�� strong proficiency in ms excel (vlookup, pivot tables, macros, etc.).

�� knowledge of database management and reporting tools.

�� analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.

�� excellent communication and presentation skills.

�� high attention to detail and accuracy.

�� ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

qualifications & experience

�� graduate in commerce, statistics, computer science, or related field.

�� 2 - 4 years of experience in mis/reporting/data analysis (preferably in automobile/retail industry).

�� exposure to erp systems will be an added advantage.
