Job Responsibilities :1) Manage team of 15+ Field Sales Partners (FSP) on ground2) Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance3) Do regular performance evaluation/ management of FSPs 4) Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere5) Regularly co ordiante with ASM regarding over all project performance 6) Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts7) Co ordinate and manage Collaterals with FSEs 8) Be your Team's coach and ensure them proper issue resolution within TATSkills and competencies required:1) Prior experience in team leader / field sales position 2) Should arrange a team of min 10 FSEs 3) In depth knowledge of locality and area 4) Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
