The role involves meeting doctors, especially gynaecologists, building strong relationships, presenting product information, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of medical terminology, and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities of a Medical Sales Representative (Gynaecology Products):Product Promotion: Promote and detail gynaecology products to doctors, especially obstetricians and gynaecologists, through regular visits and presentations.Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales goals and targets within the assigned territory.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, chemists, and hospital staff.Territory Coverage: Plan and execute daily visits to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies in the assigned region.Market Intelligence: Gather insights on competitor products, market trends, and customer feedback.Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and scientific data to effectively communicate with healthcare providers.Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales activities and outcomes.Stock Monitoring: Coordinate with stock lists and distributors to ensure product availability and timely supply.Compliance: Adhere to all industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in medical promotion.Other Allowance:Daily allowance of Rs.220 a day per kmInterested candidate's contact: Jenifer (9385357694)
