Requirement for Insurance Sales ExecutiveTarget Achievement Drive sales and achieve targets through the bank branches Sales Support Support the Customer Relationship Officer in the branch for his/ her sales effort, in terms of generating benefit illustrations, accompanying on client calls Relationship Management Bank is the key customer of the Business Development Manager, and he/she must engage an open and trusting relationship with the Branch Managers/officers/staff Engage the employees of the bank branches in regular discussions to transfer knowledge about insurance. Ensure that all service Lead Generation Spearhead all lead generation initiative from the bank whether through walk-in, data mining, referrals, etc.

*Responsible for attending all client queries on time and providing solutions to overcome the issues in order to ease distributors work.*Responsible for regular coordination with distributors to understand the current market in order to provide market need feedbacks to the Reporting Manager.*Responsible for maintaining a good and healthy relationship with all the distributors.*Responsible for providing detailed product description with its working method and all advantages to the distributors.*Responsible for identifying potential markets and planning strategies to convert them into business market.*Responsible for ensuring that the all set business targets are getting achieved on time.*Responsible for promoting all new launches of companys products to distributors and ensuring all new products are displayed in the store.*Responsible for coordinating with finance team and ensuring all the receivables are received on time.

Experience with lead generation and Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
