Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities via cold calling and, in some cases, door-to-door visits.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Sales Execution: Conduct in-depth product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.Reporting: Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and maintain updated records in CRM systems.

Responsibilities:1.Become a subject matter expert on agriculture commodity markets.2.Use strategic sourcing to develop and drive strategies and processes.3.Develop and lead strategies including internal and external analysis and negotiations.4.Keep track of projections based on changing market environments and product prices.5.Prepare monthly commodity projections.6.Track total cost of ownership and variations to budget.7.Knowledge of procurement and commodity as they relate to the agricultural industry.8.Lead ongoing joint business activities.9.Direct performance on KPIs, productivity initiatives and innovation.10.Manage and coordinate all phases of the commodity.11.Be willing to approach agriculture holistically but with a business mindset.12.Have a broad scope of knowledge that includes all dry commodity products.13.Structure relevant proposal i. e., Sauda/Forward Trade/WRF/SCF.14.Client follow-up for closure & Client VisitAutomation of processes leading.Requirements:1.Must have good knowledge and connect with millers/ food processing industries buyers2.Should have good knowledge of B2B Sales and 3.should be able to handle the team
