We are expanding our presence across the state and are looking to hire enthusiastic, driven, and experienced Sales and Marketing Executives to join our team in each district of West Bengal.Job Summary:The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our travel and tour packages, building relationships with potential customers, and ensuring the companys growth across various districts of West Bengal. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently to meet sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:Generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and acquire new clients within the assigned district.Promote and sell a variety of tour packages (domestic, international, custom tours) through direct sales, digital platforms, and partnerships.Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.Marketing & Branding:Implement local marketing strategies to increase the companys visibility and brand presence in the district.Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including online, offline, and social media promotions.Coordinate with the marketing team for content creation, advertisements, and promotional material.Customer Relationship Management:Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.Understand customer needs and tailor travel solutions accordingly.Provide post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.Market Research & Reporting:Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor offerings, and emerging trends in the travel industry.Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market conditions.Networking & Partn
