Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for establishing existing accounts and identifying new accounts. Must work with estimating to develop pricing and proposals, and negotiate contracts. Develop plans to business from Key Accounts and provide management with requiredinformation for pricing decisions and product development. Develop close customer relationships with Key decision makers in purchasing,technology, and at the customer end. Good knowledge in working with internal ERP.Required Skills Developing growth strategies and plans to generate potential new opportunities inthe IT Industry. Developing and managing relationships with potential clients, influencers and keystakeholders Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients and improve loyaltystrategies. Through the in-depth understanding of clients needs, identifying new opportunitiesand emerging markets and the dynamics of market. Managing proposals, quotations, bids and tenders. Identifying and mapping business strengths and customers requirement in varioussectors. Market research and capturing on viable business growth and emerging trends. Participating in new business contract negotiations, drafting and reviewing contracts Continually developing employers brand and building increasing awareness in themarket. Excellent communication and presentation skills Excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills and demonstrate high level ofintegrity. Able to work effectively and responsibly and collaborate effectively with operationsteam. Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy for theERP, e-commerce, Mobile Application, POS, CRM, etc.Desired Candidate Profile Minimum two years of experience in filed sales in IT industry. Proficiency in speaking Tamil, English and Hindi is preferred. Should have two-wheeler and laptop.
