Attend to the machine and utility break down and troubleshooting it for up keeping of the machine. Handling the preparation & implementation of Preventive maintenance plans for utilities to ensure the performance of the same. Tracking the machine related data and maintaining records thereafter. Handling and analyzing breakdowns to take corrective and preventive actions for elimination/ reduction of equipment related downtime. Why analysis and Permanent action to be taken for frequent coming problems. Managing critical spare parts of machines and visual control for smooth working of the department. Maintaining the legal requirement document of OHSASBelow criteria are required to eligible for this position* Preferred min 8-12 years of experience in Robotics & Controls Maintenance* Should have Knowledge of Casting & Machining industries.* Should have skill set of PLC, HMI, Servo, HYD, PNU, Electrical, Preventative Maintenance* BE/ B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical from UGC recognised university.* Well versed in AutoCAD, SAP-PM module.* Hold on IATF -16949, IMS, ESG and Process documentation requirements.
